Spring startup and fall shutdown procedures performed to manufacturer specifications including full inspection, water flush, and system documentation before the tower goes into or comes out of seasonal operation.
Fan & Motor Service
Fan blade inspection, motor amperage and voltage verification, belt and bearing service, and gearbox inspection. Worn components replaced before they cause a full tower shutdown during peak cooling season.
