Rooftop Unit (RTU) Service & Installation
RTU Repair
Compressor failures, refrigerant leaks, failed economizers, condenser and evaporator coil problems, heat section issues, motor and fan failures, and controls faults diagnosed at root cause and repaired completely. Emergency same-day response available.
Coil Replacement
Condenser and evaporator coil replacement for RTUs where cleaning is no longer sufficient. Coil sourcing, removal, and installation handled without requiring full unit replacement where the equipment warrants it.
RTU Preventive Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance visits covering refrigerant charge verification, coil cleaning, belt and bearing inspection, electrical connection check, controls calibration, filter service, and drain pan inspection. Keeps units running efficiently heading into peak heating and cooling seasons.
Economizer Service
Economizer damper inspection, actuator replacement, controls calibration, and full operational testing. A malfunctioning economizer is one of the most common sources of excessive energy consumption in commercial RTUs.
RTU Installation & Replacement
Full unit installation and replacement managed in-house including site assessment, equipment selection, crane coordination, roof curb specification and installation, duct tie-ins, electrical connections, refrigerant charging, and controls commissioning. Complete as-built documentation provided at project closeout.
Controls & BAS Integration
RTU controls repair, thermostat and sensor replacement, and full BAS integration for units being replaced or upgraded. Control sequences programmed and verified before project closeout.
